Acceptable Use Policy
This policy protects customers, providers, and the Criffly service from harmful, unlawful, or abusive use of optimization tools.
1. Lawful and responsible use
You may use Criffly only for lawful analysis and improvement work, with the permissions required for the systems and data in scope.
You must provide accurate project context and review recommendations before applying them to production systems.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use Criffly for fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, threats, exploitation, malware, unlawful discrimination, or activity that violates another party’s rights.
Do not upload secrets, evade access controls, manipulate measurements, or use scraped data without lawful permission.
3. Platform protection
Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, share credentials, or use the service to attack another system.
Automated use must follow documented interfaces, rate limits, and security requirements.
4. High-risk use
Do not rely on Criffly as the sole decision path for emergency services, life-safety systems, or other use where an incorrect recommendation could cause serious harm unless a written agreement expressly supports that use.
Regulated or sensitive workflows may require additional review and controls before activation.
5. Enforcement
Criffly may investigate suspected violations, limit traffic, require remediation, suspend access, preserve evidence, or report unlawful conduct where appropriate.
We consider severity, intent, recurrence, recipient impact, and cooperation when deciding a response.
6. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse with the sender, time, channel, message context, and any request identifier available. Do not include passwords or API secrets.
